[Gvsig_english] CAD units

Hello Roy.

The Sextante tool is under "Tools for vector layers" branch, in Sextante 
Algorithms, and is called "Transform".

If you haven't installed yet the Sextante plugin, you can download from 
here:

https://gvsig.org/web/projects/gvsig-desktop/devel/sextante/product

(0.3 release is ok for gvSIG 1.9).

And if you can send us this file, we can have a look and try to modify 
gvSIG driver for next release, in order to understand "working units = km".
