[Gvsig_english] Bugs in the latest Stable Release (v1.9)

Hi,

Using latest stable release (Version 1.9 Build 1253) on Windows XP Pro SP3.

Bug 1.
When you export VIEW to JPG it does not create a georeferenced image in 
the projection being used (EPSG:28355)

Bug 2.
When you check the options in the preferences dialog box to "Remember 
window position" and "Remember Window Size" under the "General" section. 
These choices are not saved and used in another sessions.
