[Gvsig_english] gvSIG 1.9 with spanish language GUI?

Hi, is there any one can help me, how to make the gvSIG v 1.9 GUI in
english? I have already download gvSIG 1.9 and install in my Win XP SP 2,
but there is only spanish language for the GUI. So, any one can help me?
