[Gvsig_english] gvSIG version 1.9 crashes following install of JCRS and/or Sextante Extensions

Hi Guys,

I keep getting an error when installing the JCRS extension and/or 
Sextante Extension over the top of a straight up install of Version 1.9

gvSIg Launcher "The command ... could not be executed".

Any ideas?

Is the JCRS Extension different than the JCRS Extension that installs as 
default in the standard package?
