[Gvsig_english] gvSIG version 1.9 crashes following install of JCRS and/or Sextante Extensions

Hi Simon,

You don't need to install JCRS extension over gvSIG 1.9; it is already 
included by default . About Sextante, did you use this link to download 
it? (I think there's a little confusion with other sextante versions)
