[Gvsig_english] Problem with gvSIG 1.9-RC1 (unstable)

Hello again,

My problem mantains. I've tried to uninstall the gvSIG 1.9 and reintall 
with the option "install as administrator" bur the problem mantains. I 
can't upload a shapefile to the PostGIS. The message it's alwys the 
same: "can't inicialize writer: postGIS writer".

Does any one know how to solve this?
