[Gvsig_english] editing properties of attribute tables in OpenOffice

Robert, Benjamin - thank you very much for your comments. The limit of 
records is really a problem - sometimes.
Nevertheless, it's very convenient to use OOo for smaller tables and the 
".0"-Problem.
