[Gvsig_english] gvSIG 1.9 (build 1247): link buttons labels not entirely visible

Hi Silvio, Ben:

Yes, I think this problem in the Link dialogue buttons size is not new. 
Only in the first dialogue step they're entirely visible, not in next. 
We'll correct it as soon as possible.

About Join dialogue, it's different (and quite recent) because it has 
been added here the possibility of writing a user prefix, in order to 
differentiate origin fields from joined into the result table. This 
option has no sense when linking tables, but maybe we could homogenize 
the design for both panels.
