[Gvsig_english] SUGGESTED FUNCTIONALITY gvSIG 1.9 (BN 1253) -- Arbitrary 'white space' around layer when zoom to extent

Hi,

When zooming to the extent of a layer, the top-bottom or left-right
sides are placed exactly at the first pixel and last in a view. 

It would be desirable for an arbitrary buffer to be incorporated, best
specified in the preferences, so that the you see the desired layer and
a bit of the surrounding vegetation.
