Perhaps because Java settings cannot be changed on-the-fly from gvSIG
but application must be restarted?  It could be possible to edit
gvSIG.ini through the program and prompt user to restars gvSIG, but if
user sets -Xmx parameter either to too low or too high value then gvSIG
would not start at all. But perhaps there could be another little Java
program that giver nice user interface for editing the gvSIG.ini file?
