[Gvsig_english] gvSIG 1.9 USB-Version: Georeferencing

Hi list,

trying to georeference a raster image (aerial photograph) I get stuck with
the georeferencing module.
 I'd like to use a cadastral map (shapefile) as referencing source but
compared to gvSIG 1.1.2 I cannot set points on both layers (image and shp)
within gvSIG 1.9.
By starting the georeferencing module two windows are displayed with one
showing the image whilst the second (where I was expecting to be able to
zoom to the cadastral map) stays empty.
What am I missing?

Hints/ideas are appreciated.
