[Gvsig_english] gvSIG 1.9 USB-Version: Georeferencing

Dear Ruth,

thanks for your brief description.
My fault was to load the raster to be georeferenced into the view as usual.
Thus having the cadastral vector as well as the raster image in the view the
georeferencing module did not work properly (I guess).
So I was wrong at step number 1 already.
Oh well, now it works perfectly.
