[Gvsig_english] Inclusion of patches into the trunk

Dear all,

In the coming weeks, we will try to stabilize and release
a gvSIG 1.10.0 Release Candidate. We have tried to include
into the source code all the patches of new features and
bugs that we have received so far. But from now until the
new final version of gvSIG 1.10.0 is released we will only
include the patches that are considered critical.
