[Gvsig_english] german translation gvSIG 1.9/1.10

Dear list, 

regarding some user feedback, we included an updated version of the 1.9 user gui in our website.
The new package (German_(de).zip) can be downloaded from [1]. 
Here [2] are some details about updating the language in the general gvSIG preferences dialog.
