[Gvsig_english] How to report bugs / problems? [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Hi,

I'm having some problems connecting to our WMS via gvSIG.

I don't have these problems with other tools, e.g. QGIS.

I have some screenshots (2MB) demonstrating the problem.

Rather than spam the list with a largish attachment, is there some other way
that I can log these problems?

I have the WMS connection details to help reproduce the problem.
