[Gvsig_english] measuring (scaling) of distances e.g.

Hi Simon,

thanks a lot again for your help! Adding the geometric field "length" is a
great thing - hadn't noticed that before!!

Unfortunately still everything is not represented in meters but as described
before, even after having set every property option to "meter" as you
described (I had set like this anyway). Restarting gvSIG doesn't change
anything.

I was running into this with version 1.9 already and was hoping for some
improvement in 1.10, but it's still the same
