[Gvsig_english] "Boundary" tool in gvSIG

Anna,

There are a few tools, in 1.9, that help convert polylines to polygons. In
the Geoprocessing/Topology menu you will see "Clean" - this can snap
unclosed lines, forming closed lines and another tool is  "Build Polygons".
This will output polygons from a polyline file. I'm using OADE version of
gvSIG.
