[Gvsig_english] Feature request: show table properties

Hi Wolfgang.

I agree with your first proposal, but the second I have my doubts, when 
editing the table associated to a layer and immediately delete a record 
should result in the elimination of geometry in the layer. Therefore, we 
have to start the graphic and alphanumeric editing simultaneously.
