[Gvsig_english] Adding layers to gvSigmini (Android)

Hi Frode,

We are working on BN12, with this Build Number you can add WMS Layers 
using App directly on your device, also you can add new Mercator layers 
editing txt config file.

If you are interested on any special layer you can send us the URL and 
we can try to compile it and send it forward to you,
