[Gvsig_english] Issues raised in 2009

Hi Simon,

As Jorge has said, many people of gvSIG team are still on holiday, but 
be sure we'll take a look to all these issues.

Normally, testers and developers of the team read this list, and we open 
tickets at Bugtracking system, as bugs or feature requests, in order to 
keep them recorded. Then, the process of fix/implement them, and release 
a new build, can be more or less slow. Patience...
