[Gvsig_english] SUGGESTED FUNCTIONALITY gvSIG 1.9 (BN 1253) -- Permanently hide command box when editing shapefile

Hi,

I don't use the command box all the time and find it quite distracting. 
It would be advantageous if the box could be permanently hidden (set in 
preferences whether you want on/off) until called either by a button or 
menu option.
