[Gvsig_english] 3D extension - incorrect WMS and raster layer display

Hi Jan,

Recently, some people has been reported some issues with blending textures
and ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 in the OpenSceneGraph users list.
OpenSceneGraph is the core of the 3D extension. The issues are similar to
one reported by you, so maybe there is a problem with the driver. Can you
test the same data running in other computer and say us if the issue
persist?
