[Gvsig_english] Colour codes in attribute table 2

Hi Rory,

If you want to use a field in the table as 'color' for your annotations 
or labels, it should be "prepared" with numerical values, which are the 
conversion in decimal format from hexadecimal. One way for converting 
them could be using a scientific calculator, writing in the 'Hex' value 
and then clicking on 'Dec' (this Dec value is the one that should be in 
the color field in order to use it with gvSIG).

For example, the calculator tells me that the color 660066 (Hex) is 
6684774 (Dec), so I'll write this second value in the table field in gvSIG.
