	Hello, David:

I think you'll have to create a custom SRS, as in this message:

	http://listserv.gva.es/pipermail/gvsig_internacional/2009-December/004311.html

The trick consists in replacing 90 with 89.9999. I think you can do the same, but using a different WKT string. The one you need is this:

	http://spatialreference.org/ref/epsg/2056/ogcwkt/

Afterwards, if you ever need to perform a reprojection involving that custom SRS, you'll need the 7 parameters TOWGS84 also found in that WKT string.

	Regards,

Asunto: [Gvsig_english] Swiss srs ESRI (or EPSG) Code 2056 CH1903+_LV95

	Hello,

I have a problem with the Swiss srs ESRI (or EPSG) Code 2056 CH1903+_LV95.

If I try to set this projection in any gvSIG 1.9 based version (including OA 2010) I get the following message "java.lang.Exception: In proj4 Projection Oblique Mercator not admit azimut close to 90" (on another machine "java.lang. Exception: in PROJ.4 projection Oblique Mercator cannot set azimuth close to 90").

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

I tried the same projection with gvSIG 1.1. Curiously enough the ESRI code 2056 crashes gvSIG 1.1 completely leaving an extremely long java error message, whilst gvSIG 1.1 happily accepts the EPSG code 2056 and can set it without any problems!

Thanks in advance for any help!

	David
