[Gvsig_english] gvSIG internationalization

In the improvement of the gvSIG infrastructure, an application for  
translating gvSIG strings has been developed and included in the  
project website. gvSIG Desktop has been translated to 20 languages  
[1], and it's being translated now to two more languages (Bulgarian  
and Slovenian). All this tasks have been done thanks to the Community  
work. The pending translations of the existing languages are also  
being updated. On the other hand, gvSIG Mobile has been translated to  
7 languages [2], and it's going to be translated to the same languages  
than gvSIG Desktop. For the last version of gvSIG Mobile, the 0.3  
version, Slovenian and Czech are available to load on it [3].

This application has been developed by Model Driven Development S.L.,  
collaborator company of the gvSIG Association. Thanks to this tool,  
the translations to the different languages can be updated in an  
easier and more comfortable way, where several translators will be  
able to work at the same time. To collaborate in the translation of  
existing languages, or translating gvSIG to a new language, you can  
send an e-mail to the address I18n_management at lists.gvsig.org.

In reference to the documentation, the translation of the user manual  
to different languages is being continued by different translators  
groups, and the developer documentation is being translated to English  
now.

Due to the effort of its community, gvSIG keeps on developing. We  
would like to thank to all collaborators for their help, specifically  
to the international area of the project.
