[Gvsig_english] Lateral Buffer fails (Was:Additional functionalities for gvSIG 1.9 / 1.10:Lateral Buffer)

Hi all,

I do not know if the problem is related to 1.10 RC2 and/or the new lateral
buffering process but using this combination yields buffers which always are
double sized. 
So, if you want a 100m-buffer you will get a 200m-buffer. Assigning left or
right is working though.
Anybody measured this as well?
