[Gvsig_english] Scale issue in the Map Function Help Please

I am some what new to Gvsig and am having some issues with getting the
scaling to be correct in the Map function of the program. I have attached
two images that show the issue I'm running into. I'm using Idaho State plane
and my units are in feet. I'm having this issue in ver 1.10 and 1.9. The
view function works very well and pleased with the rest of the program.
