[Gvsig_english] Interpolation and groundwater contours

Is there a way to take a point layer (with 3 or more points) containing depth
to groundwater information and interpolate the data (Kriging or another
method) to create groundwater contours (a poly line shape file). This would
be similar to creating a topographic map from elevation data?
