[Gvsig_english] Map Scale

For another example see this post (). Any Ideas on how to solve this? I went
to the gvsig files a noticed the following file:

gvSIG_1.10\lib\gdal_data\unit_of_measure.csv

and wondered if a modfication to this file may resolve the issue??
