[Gvsig_english] WMS layer in gvSIG mini for Android

The URL http://ipt-geo.gbif.org/wms does not load anything when accessed
from my browser or gvSIG mini.  Can your phones browser access the page?
Logcat throws an IOException saying that their is no route to host when I
use that URL in gvSIG.  I have successfully loaded a layer from a WMS server
using gvSIG, so I know that it is possible.
