[Gvsig_english] gvsig-extensions for 1.10

Dear list,

I could not find the topology- and normalize text file on osor. Are 
these extensions available for gvSIG 1.10?
Or will they? The topology extension provides usefull geoprocessing 
wizards for example.
Short comment would be great.
