[Gvsig_english] Splash screen message in Spanish

The changing messages happen on my much slower XP tablet PC. The fixed
message on a 3MHz Win2007 PC with fast graphics card and 4g ram. Both
without other programmes open after a fresh boot.

If it's nothing to worry about, then ok
