[Gvsig_english] Splash screen message in Spanish

Java's Swing GUI widgets can be very, very sluggish.
Especially when the system is very busy with other tasks during
Startup. So the amount of messages you get to see is
A function of system and graphics card speed.
The untranslated message is a bug.
