[Gvsig_english] ArcSDE connections in gvSIG

Certainly. The problem is that an experimental modification
to fmap/drivers/DefaultJDBCDriver.java slipped into the
release of gvSIG OADE 2010. This modification does nothing,
except break Oracle support (and possibly other DB drivers).
The "patch" consists in simply restoring fmap.jar to the same
version as in CIT gvSIG 1.10.
