[Gvsig_english] New portable gvSIG 1.9 version

Hello list,

at the unofficial download section from gvsig.org, you can get a new  
update of the portable gvSIG version: "gvSIG 1.9 Portable 2.0" [1].  
Beside Sextante and Network Extension, this new release includes also  
NavTable [2], a gvSIG extension that allows the management of  
alphanumeric data in a comfortable way.

The objective of this distribution is, to allow the user running a  
fully-functional version of gvSIG 1.9 (including extensions) on a  
computer without the necessity of any software installation.

Therefore it is possible to run gvSIG for instance on an USB disk and  
to distribute the software easily on other computers. It runs on  
Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 platforms.

This release was a developing cooperation of Cartolab, CSGIS, gvSIG  
Association, Sextante Geospatial Services and Software Colaborativo.
