[Gvsig_english] gvSIG 1.9usb/OADE2010 1.0: Symbology: Questions on markers symbols, size, shape

Hi list,

I am still trying to find out how to symbolize polygons with simple marker
symbols. 
Today I found out that at a certain size point-shaped markers switch to
rectangular shaped markers (see attached screenshot: Here it's 3 millimeters
in Print layout where the shape shifts). Is there a explanation for this?
Unfortunatley I do have to use very small points to symbolize certain
polygon geometries. 
I am sorry to insist on this topic, but it really is the one and only
drawback for my work with gvSIG. 
For all other things gvSIG is 98% the perfect tool -thanks all!
