[Gvsig_english] gvSIG mapping libraries & Eclipse RCP, proof of concept

Hi Juan and Tobias,

The user is able to interact with the view using the mouse. The library
osgVP sets a default terrain manipulator with the terrain viewer (left
button move, wheel button tilt, right button zoom).

@Tobias: Glad to see the proof of concept is working, at least the osgVP
documentation helped you :).
