[Gvsig_english] Mac contributors [build 1303 refuses to start in Lion]

Most of the time the error:

> Error message: "multipart/form-data not allowed"

> Hitting Refresh will attempt to resubmit your request

Is because you spend some time in the page before submit. When that
happens, click "Go Back" in the browser, copy the text of the report,
and press Ctrl+R to refresh the page.

You must filled the fields again, but at lest you have copied the
report before :/
