[Gvsig_english] GvSIG Mini and Android 3.x

Hi Hartmuth,

we have had no time to test gvSIG Mini on Android 3.x. As far as I know, 
some users have reported that the current trunk version is running ok, 
so probably we will have to wait to the next release (probably at the 
end of this month) to solve the problem.
