[Gvsig_english] problems with administrator-rights under WINDOWS 7

Hallo Ben,

Thank you for your speedy answer.

But we had checked the rights of the directory
c:\Program Files (x86)\gvsig-oade\

I think the problem are the rights under
C:\Users\...
There is no possibility to modify the permit. The user has full access, but the error message 
comes anyway...
