[Gvsig_english] 12 Suggestions to Improve gvSIG Usability

Dear all,

some more: 
* add some more information to the new data-window (image attached): it
would be helpful, if 
not only the field type would be listed, but also information on field
length, decimal places etc. This information is only available in the edit
mode by now.

* add an entry "open attribute table" to the context menu in the TOC.

* when the geoprocessing toolbox is opened, it would be nice, if the tree
structure wouldn't be entirely collapsed --> user would have some
information what kind of tools are available

* (not that easy to implement): during digitizing, it would be *great*, if
some information about the distance of the cursor position to the last drawn
vertex would be visible in the status bar or elsewhere. This would allow
exact positioning of the next vertex

* enable all windows to be resized to user's needs: e.g. project manager is
too big for my beloved netbook ;)

* repair the firewall/proxy dialogue: it should be possible to define a
direct connection (without proxy). Currently not possible.
