[Gvsig_english] Debian packages of gvSIG 1.10

The Software Colaborativo company, in collaboration with the Creativa company and the gvSIG Association, has developed the gvSIG Desktop installation packages for Debian and Ubuntu. This distribution is available in the catalogue of unofficial gvSIG developments [1]. This distribution was generated from the final version of gvSIG Desktop 1.10.

The main feature of this version is that it uses OpenJDK Java virtual machine instead of the corresponding Oracle virtual machine. Packages for 32 and 64 bits have been created.
