[Gvsig_english] 3D Extension. CALL FOR TESTING

And now terribly off-topic, but Linux appears to be dropping X, moving to Wayland instead - and at the moment NVidia are saying they will not support Wayland... ATI 3D works fairly well, even with open source drivers, so long as you pick your chipset carefully.
