[Gvsig_english] Can`t initialize writer: POSTGIS Writer

When I was creating the PostGIS database I was using a script, which was not
including the tables geometry_columns and spatial_ref_sys and it's
associated functions. The best way to create a proper PostGIS DB is to use
the "creste a new object of the same type as the selected object" icon and
then specify the correct "template_postgis" as template.
