[Gvsig_english] New mailing list for NavTable

Hi,

from the beginning, in NavTable, we have been using gvSIG mailing lists 
as project mailing lists. From now on we are going to centralized the 
development issues in a new mailing list [1].
Of course all messages in the gvSIG international list regarded to 
NavTable will be attended.

The main language of the new list is English, although messages in 
Spanish an Portuguese will be welcome also.
