[Gvsig_english] gpx aide

Hello, we should use only the English language in this list, otherwise we bring chaos to it.
 
Apart from Fran's suggestion, if you are a developer you can also check how GPX files are handled in gvSIG Mobile which is very similar to gvSIG 1.9. The project in gvSIG Mobile is called libFmapGpeMobile (depends on libGPE-GPX):
