[Gvsig_english] Please add link to Manual to gvSIG

Dear all,
There should be a link to the online-manual (gvsig.org?) available under 
"Help" within the
menue of gvSIG application. Two reasons for this: a) quite some people 
ask where the manual can be found
b) it would draw more attention to the manual and maybe some more guys 
would be active as translators.

And it would be great, if the online manual would have an index 
(alphabetical list of all commands).
