[Gvsig_english] WMS 1.3.0 with EPSG:4326

Hi,

That service seems to support WMS 1.1.1 as well
http://sdi.geoportal.gov.pl/wms_orto/wmservice.aspx?service=wms&version=
1.1.1&request=getcapabilities

It would be good to make Gvsig to work correctly with EPSG:4326 and WMS
1.3.0 as well. And all WMS providers should consider adding support for
CRS:84, which is the same as EPSG:4326 but with the more familiar axis
order.
