[Gvsig_english] WMS 1.3.0 with EPSG:4326

Hi,

The service does not support WMS 1.1.0 (same as the 1.1 that you tried) but it does support version 1.1.1

I tried to add &version=1.1.1 into gvSIG WMS connection string but it did not work for me. The gvSIG WMS dialogue shows in the Description field me just a message "Error".
