[Gvsig_english] Cape Verde Islands EPSG code in gvSIG

Hello Dominguez,
We downgraded ourWMS server to WMS version to 1.1.1 and it worked fine.

However, we think that our problem may be solved if our EPSG code is
included in gvSIG next release.
